What we collect
This website does not use cookies or advertising pixels. If you email us or use our order form, we receive the details you choose to send.
On your device
The site remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid) are kept for that browser tab only and sent with your order form, so we know which campaign worked.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Email delivery
Messages sent to our address are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our company mailbox.
Order forms
Order-form details are processed by Cloudflare, delivered to our team through Telegram and stored for up to 12 months so we can reply, invoice and keep business records. Invoices are sent by email.
How we use and keep it
We use enquiry details only to reply, prepare a proposal and carry out any work you commission. We keep them only as long as needed for that and for our legal record-keeping, and we never sell personal data or add you to mailing lists without consent.
Your rights
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below.
